Acceptable use

Ledgrow sends invoices, payment links and messages in your business's name, and connects to the GST portal. These rules keep that safe for everyone. Breaking them can get your account suspended.

Do not use Ledgrow to

  • Break any law, or help someone else do so.
  • Make fake or inflated invoices, bills without a real supply of goods or services, or anything meant to claim input tax credit wrongly or evade GST or other tax.
  • Make e-way bills for goods that are not actually moving, or with false details.
  • Send spam, phishing or misleading messages through WhatsApp, email or payment links, or message people who have not dealt with your business.
  • Use payment links to collect money for anything other than a real invoice of your business.
  • Upload malware, or files you have no right to share.
  • Record personal data you have no lawful reason to hold.

Do not misuse the service

  • Share logins or sign-in codes. Add each person to your business with their own email instead.
  • Scrape Ledgrow or use bots to pull data, other than the exports and connections we offer.
  • Try to reach another business's books, or get around limits, roles or the read-only state after a trial.
  • Overload the service or run tests that could slow it down for others.
  • Probe, scan or test our security without our written permission.

Found a security problem?

Please tell us instead of testing further. Write to security@ledgrow.in, as listed in our security.txt, with the steps to reproduce it. Do not access or change other people's data. More on our security page.

What we do about misuse

We may limit a feature (for example WhatsApp sending or payment links), suspend the account, or report it to the authorities where the law requires. Unless it is urgent, we will tell you first. See our terms of use.

If you received a message or payment link from a Ledgrow user that looks like spam or fraud, write to [support@ledgrow.in].
